How does Algolia calculate the Maximum QPS?

To calculate the Max QPS we do the following:

• take the number of queries performed each second over a 5-minute time range, resulting in 300 values (60 seconds * 5 minutes),
• select the highest value: this is the Max QPS for a 5-minute interval.

There are twelve 5-minute intervals in an hour. To get the Max QPS for a one-hour period, we select the highest.

The Max QPS differs from the Global Max QPS.
